 Client complaint: No water was flowing during the bath refill procedure. 

 Initial assessment: After inspecting the system, I identified that water was only reaching the syringe module, which is powered by a gear pump. All other areas of the system were dry. 

Diagnosis: The main inlet pump had failed due to cavitation, which caused a blockage and soot accumulation in the tubing. 

Action taken:

• Replaced the main pump

• Flushed the entire tubing system

• Confirmed water flow was restored across all modules
